2023 has continued to throw up new challenges, however, at Horizon Hill, Ginninderry, we are ending the year on a positive note.
Throughout the year there have been considerable delays with the registration of the Horizon Hill lots, as authority approval delays have impacted the Estate Developer’s ability to commence and close out the subdivision works. Significant changes in ACT Planning Legislation and the National Construction Code also complicated the Building Approval process and certification of our house designs.
We can now report that the land lots of Horizon Hill have now been registered, Crown Leases have been issued and Building Approvals granted. With these milestones having been achieved, we are preparing to commence construction of the first lots at Horizon Hill early in the new year, with a view to settlements occurring in 2024.
