Within a week of the Australian Government introducing the $25,000 HomeBuilder grant, we received hundreds of enquiries regarding locations where a home could be built in Sydney for under $750,000.
To be eligible for a HomeBuilder grant, a new home project needs to cost no more than $750,000 for house and land, be purchased by the end of 2020 and commence building within three months of purchase. We can help with this criteria.
For the best chance of getting access to the HomeBuilder grant, that means land should already be registered and approved for building or scheduled for registration within the next three months.
That’s why more than half of the enquiries we’ve received have asked where to find house and land packages in Sydney that are ready to go.
As of today, the Rawson Communities neighbourhoods offering HomeBuilder-ready house and land packages in Sydney and the Hunter region include:
Austral and Leppington in Sydney’s south-east
Marsden Park in Sydney’s north-east
Fern Bay, on the Hunter coast outside Newcastle
You need to act fast as packages are limited. Register your interest now.
