$20,000 Aspect Rebate

Terms and conditions

“$20,000 Aspect Rebate” offer is valid to Rawson Communities Pty Limited (Communities) customers buying a house and land package on selected lots at Stage 1 Aspect, Fifth Avenue, Austral from Communities and who build with either Rawson Homes Pty Limited (Rawson) or Thrive Homes Pty Limited (Thrive).

This promotion is available to all new customers who pay a reservation fee of $2,000 between 1 December 2018 and 31 March 2019 for house and land package on a selected lot at Stage 1 Aspect, Fifth Avenue, Austral, and who proceed to (i) unconditionally exchange a land contract with Communities and building contract with either Rawson or Thrive and (ii) pay the requisite deposits under both of those contracts, within twenty one days of reservation of the lot (notwithstanding when the land or building contracts are issued) and settle on the purchase of the land for unregistered lots within the later of (i) fourteen days of registration or (ii) thirty days after exchange and for registered lots within thirty days of exchange of land contracts, time being of the essence.

A “new customer” refers to anyone who has not yet paid a reservation fee to secure a house and land package from Communities at Stage 1 Aspect, Fifth Avenue, Austral.

“Selected lot” refers to: Lots 121, 126, 127, 136, 141 Stage 1, Aspect, Fifth Avenue Austral.

This offer is not applicable for any other house and land package lots offered for sale by Rawson Communities.

This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer available from either Communities, Rawson or Thrive.

The “$20,000 Aspect Rebate” will be paid by way of a settlement adjustment in the purchaser’s favour at settlement of the land contract. In the event that the Land Contract does not proceed to settlement, the customer is no longer eligible for the “$20,000 Aspect Rebate” and as such the “$20,000 Aspect Rebate” will not be paid. Customers participating in this offer agree to disclose the terms of the “$20,000 Aspect Rebate” offer to any bank or other financial institution from which they are obtaining finance for the purchase and to any relevant Government Authority. The customer agrees to indemnify Communities, Rawson and Thrive from any liability arising from the failure to disclose the terms of this offer.

The vendor of the land has agreed to accept the payment of the 10% land deposit, via instalments with 5% of the land price to be paid on exchange and the balance 5% to be paid on the earlier of (i) settlement of the land or (ii) in the event of breach of the land contract by the purchaser, termination of the land contract.

“$20,000 Aspect Rebate” offer is only provided to those clients who meet these terms and conditions and unconditionally exchange a land contract and building contract at a selected Communities estate with Rawson, and complete settlement on the purchase of that block of land and otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of the land contract and building contract.

Communities standard land contract conditions and Rawson/Thrive standard building contract conditions apply.

Communities reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Furthermore, Communities reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the “$20,000 Aspect Rebate” offer at any time without prior notice.

Communities reserves the right to use their sole discretion to extend the twenty one day deadline to exchange contracts and pay the requisite deposits. Each such request will be considered on a case by case basis, and the decision of the General Manager of Communities is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.

Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
